MediBuddy for hospitals is now upgraded with the following feature enhancements:
Experience a new way to submit a preauthorization request, via the New Admission form. Now, identify your customers by their MA ID/Employee ID/Policy No/URN no. If you do not have these details readily available, you can still use the form by entering their details manually.
View 'Pending Beneficiary updation' status on 'Pending Document Acknowledgement' tab, to check coverage details of the customers as per their health insurance policy.
View the pendency TAT for document submission by claim, under the ‘Documents Pending' option. This feature informs you about the patients for whom the documents have not been received and the number of days elapsed since they were discharged.
Set a reminder for a report on the pending submissions of claims documents. You can choose the email ID where you'd like it to be sent.
View the responses for all your queries in the Mailbox on MediBuddy. You can also view the tickets raised by other users from your hospital by selecting the user's email
