    Your claim is being processed. We will forward it to the insurer for review along with our current decision. Please rest assured.
  • What to do if I need more clarity?
    If you are still not satisfied, please email your claim details and concerns to email id that has been shared with you.
  • What if I disagree with the current decision of the claim?
    We will forward your claim to our team of experts for a thorough review. This dedicated team will make a final decision, which will then be submitted to the insurance company for their consideration.
    To avoid any delay in discharge, we recommend accepting the decision. You can later raise a reimbursement claim for the remaining amount through your portal or the MAven app. Simply go to the ‘Submit Claim’ or ‘Reimbursement’ section to add the details. Rest assured, we will carefully review your request.
  • Will I get a chance to review again?
    If you raise a concern with the decision, our claim experts will review it thoroughly and make a final determination. This decision, made by our dedicated team of experts, will be considered final. If you are still not satisfied, please email your claim details and concerns to <<contact email>>.

Note: The insurance company has the final authority to revise the decision.
