Where to find these notes?
In case of cashless claims ,the hospital will provide the document directly to Medi Assist. You can follow up with the hospital in case of delays as they are part of the patient’s medical file and typically include physician notes, test results, and treatment details.
In case of reimbursement claims , you have to collect the document from the hospital and submit it to us.
