With the Medi Assist Portal, you can know the status of your claim in real-time. All you need to do is follow a few simple steps:

• You can  use your mobile browser to log into the Medi Assist portal and track your claim.

NOTE - In case any of the documents submitted are invalid or missing, we will notify you immediately and you can update them through the portal or app itself.

When a family member or friend to get the claim status on your behalf

Login to track.mediassist.in, to get the current claim status by entering details such as claim number, employee code, etc. All personal information is masked to ensure privacy.
